I need a full dissertation of 200 pages on the above project. Universities all over the word have been. charged with a three fold mandate i.e is Teaching, research and community engagement which is otherwise know as “third mission”. There exists a gap between the knowledge generated in the universities in form of research and its commmercialization of transferabilty to the communities in order to address societal issues. The purpose of this research is to explore policies that support this interaction. The introduction section should address the following:

a turn to I-say (“distinct change in style of expression”)

The methodology is document analysis, interviews of 600 respondents from four universities. (To Private and Two public).
