I need a 3-5 page essay on this thesis statement: In Shirley Jackson’s short story “The Lottery”, she examines the power of traditions and the difficulty a person has in breaking a tradition that has long been followed in communities. It needs to have a clear thesis and essay map in the introduction paragraph, list the author’s name and title in the first paragraph, be written in MLA format, Include a few quotes from the story in the body of the paragraph to back up your points followed by in text citations in MLA, refer to one database source of your choosing in the essay, the database source needs to be professional, includes a works cited page at the end which contains a citation for your database source as well as for the story itself.
