I currently have a program called cats.exe that needs to run minimized.
Additionally, I have program called notification.exe that is supposed to detect that cats.exe is running however it is not. The detector program needs to detect the cats.exe program and produce a notification that allows gives the user the option to kill said process when they click yes. Please keep in mind everything must work on a windows 10 machine as that’s the machine I am running everything on.
Notes: The rar file projectV2 contains all files which have been referred to in these instructions. To compile with policy, things such as email and password have been removed.  Additionally, everything needs to be working BEFORE November 5th at 10am central time/11am eastern time
