I. APA Style – not MLA, Chicago, etc. The link above is an APA style guide to help you.
II. Seven (7) Pages minimum of the main paper – There will be a cover page, an abstract, then Seven (7) pages of typed work that includes your literature review and method sections. Then you will have a References page (not Works Cited page). So overall, 1 cover page, 1 abstract page, 7 pages of work (minimum), and then your references page(s).
III. Minimum seven (7) scholarly sources – The more citations/sources the better. You can use some sources like simply psychology, but you absolutely must have 7 scholarly sources. Please review our video from the second day of class about what constitutes a scholarly source. 6&¾ of a page is not 7 pages. 7 full pages.
IV. Times New Roman, size 12, double spaced – Normal margins. No hitting enter twice to start a new paragraph (don’t try to quadruple space for new paragraphs).
V. Must be a research proposal – You are proposing an experiment/study. Make sure that you are considering how to ethically conduct the study and how someone could potentially run this in the future.
