Part 2: Critical Thinking and Data Analytic Technologies That Can Help • What are a few of the technologies (data analytics, artificial intelligence, machine learning, dashboards, etc.) that can distill down the information we need so it has practical value for your work in the public sector? • Note: our conversations with CIO John Gauger identified some wise principles about what is important to measure and how to use the data. Part 3: Maximizing Technologies and Data to Make Informed, Wise Policy and Program Decisions—Practical Use Cases and Actions. • So, how do you make sense of all this information, in addition to staying current on innovative technologies that you discussed in Part 2? • How can critical thinking—., identifying and taking into account the vested interests and agendas of the data sources, etc.—help us identify facts and truth—and then make wise decisions and take action?
