I‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‌‍‍ would like for the main body of my dissertation to be written please. The main body will based on 3 novel methods to potentially identify ILC2s in lung tissue, these methods are; ChipCytometry, Imaging Mass cytometry and Visium spatial gene expression. Please read through all the attached documents given including websites of these methods that you will need to throughly go through to produce a detailed main body of my dissertation. The websi‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‌‍‍tes will have many features to them but i have specified areas on the websites that should be looked at to develop potential methods on identify these ILC2s. EACH METHOD SHOULD HAVE THEIR OWN CHAPTER. I WILL LIKE TO EMPHASISE THAT THIS IS THE MAIN BODY OF MY DISSERTATION SO I WOULD LIKE THIS DONE IN IMMACULATE DETAIL PLEASE AS I HAVE A SHORT DEADLINE.
