Complete the case study from a nursing student’s point of view. Also fill the the Clinical Package (blank). I have attached an example of a clinical package I’ve done in the past. It doesn’t have to be completed just with with the info in the case study.
Both clinical package and case study are based on the same patient.
The main pages I care about in the package are pages:
17,24,25,27…… the rest are only if you have the info in the case work.
