Hello, this is the method part of my research proposal, I provided an example in the files, please first read the article, letter of intent then start. as it will make you familiar with what and how to approach the methodology. do some research to find out information for the methods. please use the (Exact same format) that I have provided in the example,
293T cell, RNA extraction and cDNA generating, Primer design, Agarose gel electrophersis, gene insertion into expressed vector, R-Luc (first read this part carefully and understand only from the Karve ert al paper, then write for this part only from the procedure from Karve et al. paper that I am will be providing), protein expression. As I mentioned for the R-luc part use only krave et al paper as it is not included in the example that I will provide. but for all the other steps, use the reserach proposal example that I will be providing (with ofcaurse changing few things because they are 2 different experiments). please write only 1 page addressing the aim 1 section of the methods (I will provide my own lotter on intent draft that has 2 methods, you are only going to write about aim 1). please note that for aim 1, I am no longer using NMuMG cells, but instead 293T cells
