For this activity, consider what it might mean to integrate developmentally appropriate practice (DAP) on a lesson on Rosa Parks for different age groups. Briefly give an example of developmentally appropriate practice when teaching about Rosa Parks in early elementary (K-2) and in high school.
Write 3 – 4 sentences for each level (early elementary and high school) with your response. Include language/words you would use with your students. If you find resources (i.e. books, videos, etc.) you would use for the different levels, you may refer to those as well as part of your 3 – 4 sentences.
