Write a 4-page paper (four pages of narrative) on
the effectiveness of the recruitment, on-boarding and retention activities of
your selected organization (Wells Fargo). Comment, as part of your paper, about the
effectiveness of the performance management system(s), or lack thereof, of your
organization. How might these systems be improved, in your judgment, to better
retain employees and drive performance? Attempt to leverage at least three
references to support your suggestions.
