Create a directive action plan for implementing your proposed solutions. Your action plan should incorporate the key concepts, in adult learning, of inclusion and clear instruction. Answer the following:
What do you want your key people to do?
What do you need from them?
When do you need it?
Make them part of the team and describe what the team needs to do to make a difference.
Learning materials are expected to incorporate adult education praxis.
Use graphics as appropriate.
