Please write a literature review concerning hospitality employees’ emotions during the COVID-19 pandemic. Please do not describe what are emotions or any theory. I already have all of that. I need what exactly hospitality employees felt (fear, depression, stress, and so on). If you can find more information about face masks and other forms of protection and how they impacted hospitality employees’ moods that would be great.
