You are appointed as a senior market analyst to understand, analyse and critically review the industry.
The assessment requires you to: 1) Carry out for the UK restaurant industry (i) a PESTEL analysis (ii) Porter’s five forces analysis and an (iii) evaluation of the importance of Corporate Social Responsibility to organizations in the industry. What do you conclude? Critically discuss and evaluate your findings.
