Approach the plays we have read in class, (Euridice, Oedipus, Doctor Faustus, The Rover, The Importance of Being Earnest, Love Suicides at Sonezaki, My Fair Lady, Death of a Salesman, A Raisin in the sun, and Angels in America: Millennium Approaching), as an artistic director for a theatre company. You must create a season composed of four of the plays we have read. Discuss why you selected the shows, if there was a theme for your season, the order of your season, the artistic vision for each show you selected, what type of space each show would be performed in, as well as the target audience for your theatre season, and what message you are attempting to get across with the season.
