• Create and submit a PROFESSIONAL engineering report for an Email Dashboards & Scorecards model. Your design document must include the consensus design that emerged in your group activity plus any additional thoughts or corrections you have developed.
• As guidance, consider using the following chapter structure for headings:
System Overview
Stakeholder Requirements – A list of people and organizations that have requirements for (“have a stake in”) the system. Each should be clearly defined and explained, and their perspective should be provided – often in terms of some of their requirements.
Functional Architecture – A general descriiption of the structure and organization of the system and its components (i.e. decomposition diagrams, stock-and-flow diagrams). The point of this chapter is to describe the functionality of the system at a high level to set the context for more detail in the following two chapters.
Facilities Design – Details about the physical spaces and equipment that the system will entail.
Work Design – Details about the work systems and procedures that the system will entail.
