Begin by choosing a club, team, committee, or self-help group. Using the textbook for reference, describe specific events in the group’s history that might illustrate the processes of forming, norming, storming, going through tension and resolving conflicts, and working on goals. If the group disbanded, how and why did that happen? What legacies, negative or positive, can a group like this leave with its members? How likely would you be to participate in such a group if given the opportunity? Explain your answer.
