4. Things you need to know about me to write this essay is:-
I was so fond of music since I was a child, I generally code with listening to music. One day when I was in my 9th grade I got a question in my head saying “what if I make my own music and listen to it while I work?”, immediately after that, I started to research how to produce music and the foundations of it, I took 5 hours daily to do my research and work on my music skills, After just a few hours of research I found out that I need to learn music theory to produce music so I jumped right on it and started to learn music theory which included different types of unique scales, keys, octaves, chord progressions, inversions and many more. The subject of understanding music is just infinite and I love it that way because there is always something new to learn, so I went on and on for hours every day learning music theory, and 2 months later I got on to my DAW (Digital audio workstation) and started to experiment with different things like playing with percussions, unique patterns in drumroll, background elements, key & tempo shifting, playing with multiple chord progressions with different melodies for everything, layering sounds, and chords, engineering a particular sound from scratch, unique sound designing, making so many Foley sounds and so much more. Since I was good with computers I had the advantage of grasping things quickly in terms of technical knowledge. In just a matter of 6 months, I was about to learn most things about music theory and production. Since I had experience with music theory I was able to learn instruments like guitar and piano quickly too because I had the foundation it required but just need to put my hands on it and experiment. In just a matter of 8 months, I was making absolute banger tracks and everyone was in shock. I got requests from huge artists to ghost to produce music for them and got offers from record labels to publish my music in their stream, but I hesitated and I kept their offer on hold since I wanted to experience the fun of growing as a single artist first and then going on to collaborations and partnerships. A year later I was finally ready to make do collaborations and at that very moment I got an offer for an advertisement to make the background music, and it was for a short film which was released on YouTube, I ended up getting their full contract to make the music for their full short film because they loved the quality of tracks which I was producing and then another spark ignited in my brain left me with a question “what if I teach music to others?” because I remember the struggle I had when I was beginning to learn about music because everything was so unorganized and wasn’t in a proper structure so I thought I would be helping out many people if I start a music academy. Right after that thought I took my laptop and started to research what all documents, finances, equipment, and partners were required to run a business, I didn’t quickly jump on and start a business, I took my time and did my research and made a project report so that I can ask for sponsors and a bank loan to start my business. I did get sponsors and they are the stars of my life, they are my parents. They’ve been so supportive of me in every decision I have ever taken in my life because we had mutual trust and confidence. I have just started my 11th grade, the first year of high school, it was all exciting because of the like-minded people I was surrounded with, everyone was supportive. 2 months into my 11th grade, I have finished all the paperwork and the bank formalities. In July I became the youngest CEO of my state, My academy was finally open and it is called “Patsav”. People rushed in as they got to know about the fact this institute was handled by a kid! They all took me as an example and enrolled in the programs my institute has offered, I was not only the faculty I had brought some other people as well who were as intellectual as me so that I would have some extra time to explore more In this field. I not only taught them to produce music but also taught them how to DJ, that skill I have picked it up along the journey. Today I am the youngest reputed Music producer, DJ, and entrepreneur of my state Hyderabad. In this journey I had to face so many challenges on my way due to covid, making up for losses, earning money to satisfy family’s needs, and much more. It took a toll on my mental health the most but I had gained a lot of experience along the way and most importantly I never gave up on anything and went on working hard to reach my goals and make my dreams come true.
