1. Complete a 3 day food diary
The diary can be completed on yourself or someone else.
Include the diary as an attachment.

3. Complete the MyPlate Plan (www.myplate.gov); key in MyPlate plan in the search field. Initiate the MyPlate Plan calculator. Click on calories you need to achieve a healthy weight or calories to maintain current weight to get a specific plan. Include this tool with your APA paper.
4. Include a personal profile in the APA paper.
A personal profile should include gender, age, height, weight, and level of physical activity and any other significant factors.
Determine where improvements can be made.
5. Design a food and exercise plan to accomplish the improvements (also written in paragraph form as a part of the formal paper).
Provide supporting documents and rationale for your decisions.
