T‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‌‍‍his is task 2 of my class. It is a continuation of task 1. My preferred writer completed task 1. I will attach the HIP template needed to be used. You will need page 7 of the template. Also page 16 and 17 will be needed due to the appendix C &D needed to complete the paper. The rubric will be attached – follow all the requirements and ‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‌‍‍competent sections. Also, I will attach a task 2 introduction. It lists the life cycle which in part D of the rubric. Life cycle is 4 phases – initiation, planning, implementation and evaluation/closure. The HIP template attached has task 1 completed with the information written from the writer.
