This means your paper must be at least 7 pages total, with a minimum of 5 full pages of arguments. Please do not go over 15 pages of arguments.
Format
Margins should be 1-inch. The paper should be double-spaced.
Sources
The paper should contain at least 5 footnotes or endnotes (your preference). Your sources, at a minimum, should include the Roe v. Wade case and the Krason article (which are provided by Seton), and at least one other source outside of the lesson plans.
Do not use non-conservative sources for this paper. Sources should be Catholic or conservative in philosophy.
Additionally, citation of Seton’s Roe v. Wade Study Guide is acceptable.
An outline is provided for you in this module of the course as an example of an exhaustively thorough and well-presented paper. It is provided for your reference. Please feel free to follow it if you would like, but it is not required that you do so.
If you run into trouble and feel overwhelmed, simply remember to discuss the 3 P’s of the case: Personhood, Privacy, and Precedent. (Precedent means “legal precedent,” which includes discussion of abortion in ancient history and abortion at the common law/American legal case precedent level. You should also discuss the Natural Law and Rehnquist or White’s dissent in your paper.)
