The main idea is “A *Public Agency* has a problem with its leadership structure and style in the human resources department.” My problem is I do not have any specific organization of who the “public agency” in this project. I will need your assistance to choose one for this project. You may even use your previous organization. I provided outline, idea, strategies and excerpt of the final project accumulated during the course. As you can see, I am all over the places … ha ha ha .. PLEASE HELP ME!
