You will make the administrative appointment, conduct a personal interview, and write a paper that includes: an introduction; questions asked, and survey responses; a summary of the interview findings and reflection. • Step 1: Develop a survey with 10 questions to use when interviewing an administrator about the early childhood program for which they are responsible. • Step 2: Set up the interview via phone or in person. • Step 3: Write the paper include an introduction, the interview questions, a summary of the interview, and reflection.
