The idea is for you to reflect on two concepts from the course (found in syllabus) that are meaningful to you as a person. This could be done, for instance, through thinking about your career path, or your own values, life choices, and so on. The key thing is to address specific Business Ethics-related concepts from your own first-person standpoint and consider their truth or importance for you. The choice of concepts from the textbook is entirely up to you, but I am asking for students to be as authentic, as real as possible, giving their own perspective. This is important because each of you are the future responsible leaders of business, and must confront the challenges of our planet with a clear sense of why you think you are here and what you believe you should do.
