This is a proposal paper. Thesis with three supporting reasons. An introduction and a conclusion. This is APA style with peer reviewed sources. This is a must. My idea is that Preschool should be free for all families. 1) Leads to higher school achievement. 2) Reduced need for special education at a later age. 3) Builds a foundation in social, pre-academic and general life skills.
