I have completed weeks 2,4 and 7. All of the details in the documents that I have provided will be the information that you use. The only resources that should be used are the ones that are attached in the documents. Here are the instructions:
This assignment is written in incremental segments and provides a great overview into Organizational Behavior. There are a total of four papers/essays due throughout the course: Weeks 2, 4, 7, & 9. All four of these essays will comprise the final paper due in Week 9.
Week 2 – Part I (History, Organizational Facts, Diversity, and Ethics of your chosen company). Select a specific company of interest to you. Think of yourself as an organizational consultant and assume that a key manager has asked you to do a thorough analysis of the company from several different OB angles (see specific week topics). For week 2, you are to identify your chosen company, provide a brief history and organizational facts (location, number of employees, products, services, financial situation, current news), and then analyze and discuss the diversity and ethics within the company. This assignment should include APA-formatted citations and references (minimum of 3). (15% of final grade)
Week 4 – Part II (Personalities, Attitudes, and Motivation within your chosen company). Analyze and discuss the personalities, attitudes and motivation within your chosen company and describe how the company uses human capital to provide a competitive advantage. This assignment should be double-spaced using Times New Roman 12-point font, include APA-formatted citations and references (minimum of 3). (15% of final grade)
Week 7 – Part III (Leadership, Decision Making, and Teams within your chosen company), including references for Part III in APA format. Analyze and discuss how your company uses effective leadership, decision making, and teamwork to their advantage. This assignment should be double-spaced using Times New Roman 12-point font, include APA-formatted citations and references (minimum of 3). (15% of final grade)
Week 9 – Completed Final Paper Due, including Parts I, II, III and IV (Politics, Structure, and Culture within your chosen company). In part IV, summarize how your company is structured and describe how its structure, politics, and culture relate to its success. This assignment should be double-spaced using Times New Roman 12-point font, include APA-formatted citations and references (minimum of 12 to support citations in all four parts). Paper is to be no less than 10-12 pages in length, and free of spelling and grammatical errors. Rubric is viewable under your Course Materials folder. (15% of final grade)
