• You may want to know what professional certifications you will need; permits and licensing, professional malpractice insurance, any applicable contracts/agreement. Will there be any collaborators or stakeholders? If so, what would be their role.
• Based on anticipated QI issue, please create a QI process (PICOT or GNOME = goal, needs, objectives, methods or step by step process, and evaluation – how will you measure outcomes?).

Hello Students,

As you all begin to work on your Quality Improvement Paper this week, you all must understand the reason for this assignment. 

To improve the chances of having positive health outcomes you must approach it systematically. Creating a process and structure so that you have an evidence-based approach for troubleshooting when you don’t receive the outcomes you were anticipating. 

With that said, I want you all to create a systematic approach to address a common healthcare issue faced in outpatient settings, e.g. primary care, education (for EXL track students only), or other independent practices outside the hospital setting. I want you to include a quality control that will test and evaluate your solution.
