Teachers become members of one or more of these associations to help them grow professionally, stay current on early childhood issues, and participate in group efforts to promote change.” Instructions: For your final Journal entry, describe one professional organization and include ways that you could continue growing in knowledge and building your professional through membership. Your response needs to be thoughtful in at least 8-10 sentences. These are other professional organizations for educators for you to explore. Joining and supporting professional organizations can be a very effective way of continuing to grow as a professional and to help stay abreast of developments in the field.
