Must follow the below information:
FA – 3: Explain how the National Security Strategy (NSS) and the National Defense Strategy (NDS) affect Force Management. Provide concrete and relevant examples to support your explanation. (F102)
FA – 4: Explain the organizational roles in Force Management to modernize, organize, and generate change to establish and field mission-ready organizations. At a minimum, select one organization from either Army Futures Command, CAC, FORSCOM, or the Army G3/5/7 to support your explanation and provide concrete examples supporting your explanation. (F103)

FA – 5: According to the 2011 version of TRADOC Pamphlet 71-20-3, “effective concept development begins with a clear understanding of existing doctrine,… informed by known operational shortfalls; lessons learned from recent operations undertaken by the U.S. or other countries; focused seminars, workshops, warfighting experiments, observations, and research”(p. 7). Looking at a contemporary Army material or non-material solution through the lens of a revisionist historian, explain how the white paper process could shape the future force to meet strategic guidance.

To meet the standard a minimum of one reference must be effectively used for each response. The response should present a well-organized answer based on research, facts, logic and your ideas about the selected focused-area topic. This section should clearly flow from point to point with clear transitions between points.
