In your paper, you will be discussing the key elements of FEMA’s whole community concept.
In this assignment,
Summarize the elements of FEMA’s whole community concept.
Compare and contrast the two planning cycles presented in your course textbook and the CPG101.
Differentiate between strategic, operational, and tactical planning.
Explain how the mitigation and preparedness concepts work together as part of the whole community concept.
