Methodology:
Analysis of existing literature and synthesis of framework, with some logic/elements of K. Peffers Design Science Research methodology.
Expected Outcome of the Thesis:
Decision-making framework for small-medium sized company on introducing blockchain to improve customer retention (focus on loyalty programs). Apart from framework small descriiption/application for demonstration purposes.
Approximate size 40 pages: 1.5 line spacing. Margins 2 cm each side.
