You are asked to complete the necessary legal research and a draft of a relevant advice letter based on a given scenario MLO 1: An advice letter to a ‘client’ (not exceeding 750 words), based on a given scenario, justified by appropriately documented legal research. Through a critical analysis demonstrate a clear understanding of the legal principles involved, as evidenced by documented research and subs‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‌‍‍equent advice given THE TASK: Please find attached an Initial client contact sheet (Form 1) with the details of the client’s enquiry inserted. Presume for the purposes of this exercise that an interview has now taken place and the facts you have established in that interview are those set out on Form 1. See attached e-copies of the letter template (slightly modified for the purposes of this assessment from the one we have been using in the Clinic) and the research template (also slightly changed).
