The length of the paper should be between 8 to 10 pages, double spaced, Times New Roman 12 font.
Identify one prominent terrorist group, inside or outside the US, and overview the
history of terrorism in the country of origin of your chosen group, their operational
style and current grievances. Explain how their original grievances can translate into a conflict on the US soil.
The intended objective of this assignment is to allow you to think about terrorism preparedness from a much more global perspective taking into consideration the fact that
the threat assessment needs to be expanded beyond the “usual suspects” concept,
like the Al Qaeda threat or any other high profile group.
