This assignment is Part One of a three-page Marketing Plan Outline ending in Unit 4. Each week you will complete one-page section of the marketing outline using the template provided. Please note that this is an outline with summary sections and not a paper.In Unit 4, you will combine your work from Unit 2 and 3 with Unit 4, your Marketing Plan Outline.Assignment Detail InstructionsYou work in the marketing department of a company of your choice (please choose from Dun & Bradstreet Business Directory). Please note that fictional companies may not be used. The company must be selected from the Dun & Bradstreet Directory.The business has been down, and your boss has asked you to complete a Company Overview of your chosen company to present in the following marketing meeting.For the Company Overview, you will need to cover the key issues below;Briefly introduce the company and describe the main line of business of the company.
List one sentence on how finance, accounting, economics, and management impact the marketing plan outline.
Environmental AnalysisProvide a paragraph on this company’s global environment, including the legal and ethical political, economic, socio-cultural, and technological environments from the information found in the Dun & Bradstreet information and company’s website.
Please use the Marketing Plan Outline to complete all three parts of the course assignment. You will use the first page of the template to complete the assignment for this unit.Submitting your assignment means, at a minimum, you will need the following:Title page: The title should be in all capitals.
Length: 1 page minimum
Body: This begins on the page following the title page and abstract page and must be double-spaced (be careful not to triple- or quadruple-space between paragraphs). The typeface should be 12-pt. Times Roman or 12-pt. Courier in regular black type. Do not use color, bold type, or italics, except as required for APA-level headings and references. The deliverable length of the body of your paper for this assignment is 3 pages. In-body academic citations to support your decisions and analysis are required. A variety of academic sources is encouraged.
Reference page: References that align with your in-body academic sources are listed on the final page of your paper. Remember, the Reference page is not a bibliography but a further listing of the abbreviated in-body citations used in the paper. Every referenced item must have a corresponding in-body citation.
