1. the thesis needs to be around 30 pages, without references, and the content page (however, if quality work can be delivered with 25 pages, also ok.)
2. the thesis is a longitudinal study with a dependant, independent, and one or more moderating/mediating variables (listed in the attached document – dependent and independent cannoot be changed, mediating/moderating can be added).
3. the thesis needs to be of quantitative nature, using the program STATA preferably for performing data analysis (like regression analysis for example). It might also be necessary to use data mining using Python as the dataset for this research might not be readily available (for example, there is no database about firms investing in Big Data/AI and the effect on their financial performance over a timespan of 10 years).
4. effect sizes, significance levels, and (for example) regression, ANOVA tables need to be reported in the thesis. Collinearity needs to be tested as well.
