We are researching what causes employee turnover along with solutions using Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance company as a reference. We did part 1 of this assignment a little while ago which was the research proposal which I will include in this as it will be helpful for this and you should be able to draw a good chunk of things from there.
We divided up our parts and I highlighted the part I am doing on the assignment instructions document “Research Report Instructions.docx” which is Part 5: Body -> Introduction: Background and Objectives.
Feel free to use as many references as you need to if you end up having to and the appendix if needed.
