T‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‌‍‍he case study exercise is in the Employment Ressourcing, Relation and Law module. Its one module of the Human Ressource Management course, Postgraduate/Masters level. The case study is required to be written as an essay style with an introduction, body and conclusion. Therefore the use of the 1st person is forbidden. (PLEASE ALSO CONSULT THE ASSIGNMENT GUIDANCE ATTACHED IN CAPITAL LETTERS FOR FURTHER INSTRUCTIONS) The assignment has 2 questions in total which requires critical answers. Normally the words limit for this exercise is 5000 words max with 2500 words for each question. But a maximum of 4675 words is totally fine as long as it doesn’t exceed the word limit it’s okay. All the intructions are clearly explained in the assignment brief along with the marker’s expectations.
