The primary questions to address in choosing a topic are: “What question really interests me?” and “Does it provide sufficient scope for a 15,000 word Dissertation?” In general, you should explore a legal question which you find interesting, important, or puzzling, and one which you feel you have the knowledge and understanding, or can acquire the knowledge and understanding, to tackle well.
