One paper is submitted and the group will receive the same grade. • Develop the Executive Summary for the First Coast Wellness (FCW) and Primary Care Business Plan presented throughout the course (DOCUMENTATION HAS BEEN ATTACHED TO THIS ORDER). • Write it as if you were one of the owners. For example, “We will be offering the following services….”. • Follow the titles in the rubric to summarize the sections of the plan (THERE ARE 9 TITLES TO SUMMARIZE FROM THE BUSINESS PLAN PROVIDED). • Your audience would be a potential investor in the business such as a banker. They will be listening for things like does the basic concept make sense? What are the capabilities of your management team? Is there a ma‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‌‍‍rket need and advantages over the competition? Is there an ROI on their investment? • Paper should be in APA format – double spaced, headings, Times New Roman font. (No citations or references needed,) Length of paper – The Executive Summary should have 1 or 2 paragraphs for each section of the FCW Business Plan. Highlight only the pertinent information to give the reader a reason to read more in the whole plan. No references/citations are needed as they are in the other parts of the document. Do NOT copy and paste information from the business plan. It should be synthesized and summarized in the Executive Summary. Note: Review the rubric below to understand the level of detail needed for each section. It is recommended that you primarily follow the rubric for section titles and the order in the paper.
