We are continually measuring and evaluating our own growth, knowledge and insight gained from professional nursing experiences and interactions with those around us. Self-Assessment is the evaluation of our nursing practice and clinical skill measured against an expressed or established standard of practice or performance criteria. This assessment measures strengths and improvements from one point in time to another.
