Task & GuidelinesYou will carefully examine the dilemma faced by three employees of McKinsey & Company related to choices they would have to make early in their careers, by reading the text case titled “McKinsey & Company: Early Career Choices (A).” The choices faced by the three early stage McKinsey & Company associates center around projects they should work on, places to live in, and people to work with. Arguably, the early career choices outlined in relation to the three McKinsey associates profiled in the case are representative of choices faced by early career professionals more broadly (of which you will soon be one!). Therefore, this case provides a roadmap to navigate such choices as you begin your professional career. To complete this case analysis, begin reading the case. As you read, pay close attention to information related to concepts we’ve covered in this course. For example, as you read the case text consider the following:Managerial functions, challenges, roles, and skills

Strategic-management process
Organizational structure and culture
Employee motivation
Effective teaming
Decision making
Leadership

What advice would you give them? Specifically answer the following:Should Bill move to Korea?
Which of the three projects should Tiffany pursue?
Should Alex continue to explore opportunities within McKinsey or should he go back to his engineering roots in Europe?
Prompt II: If you had to hypothesize, which of these three associates had the strongest chance of making partner at McKinsey?
Prompt III: As you think about the first few years of your career, are there tradeoffs involved in choosing projects, places, and people to work with? How would you use what you learned in this course to resolve these tradeoffs?
