“For this paper, please apply what you’ve learned about sustainable cities from Sustainable Lowell 2025, UNESCO’s sustainability goals, and the UML Office of Sustainability and explain how Mill Power documents Lowell’s successes, failures, or lessons in achieving those ideals. What about Lowell’s past drives home the need for sustainability? What about the city’s history demonstrates unsustainable behavior, economy, or environment? In what ways have thinkers and community leaders in Lowell attempted to make the city a sustainable one?
