Reflective practice will be an integral part of this course.  A written reflection of the assigned readings will be sent to me night before the class in which chapters will be discussed class. Each reflection will include a max 4 page narrative (not a list) about your most “significant learnings” or “aha’s” as well as how you will use your new learnings and/or how they will influence your behavior as a leader.
