Building grounded theory can be complicated but is usually a little clearer once we look at finished product and work backwards. Using the Leipert article, work backwards from the overall theme to the subthemes. What is the overall theory/grand theme? What are the supporting themes/categories? Do you see evidence of codes in the ways the results were presented?
Looking at the Merriam and Grenier articles and the researcher reflections, what insights do you find into the process and methods of grounded theory research? What questions remain?
