The reflective journal should reflect back over your learning journey for each unit. You should provide examples of what you enjoyed about the learning and what you didn’t enjoy. You should be reflecting against your PDP and any changes you may consider making to it. Think about what skills and behaviors you have developed and been able to demonstrate in the work place. Remember, reflections include: what you did well, what you found difficult, challenging, what you did to overcome any issues, what you enjoyed. Devise a CPD plan which clearly states ‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‌‍‍your needs and your selection options.
