My addiction that I gor rid of was energy drinks with caffeine.
Direction: This 1 – 2 page paper is a
reflection on the experience of abstaining from your substance or
activity. The paper should identify what
you abstained from, any challenging moments you experienced, as well as
alternatives used to fulfill the void from abstaining from your
substance/activity of choice.
The second portion of the paper should be a goodbye
