Company Phoenix Beverages Ltd is a leading entity engaged in the production and delivery of beer in Mauritius. It
is already supplying 2 types of beer on the market (Phoenix Beer and Blue Marlin) The financial figures of both products are
very encouraging. The Chief Executive Officer is thinking of bringing innovation after facing
the pandemic disease, COVID-19. The Board of directors have debated the introduction of a
new beer on the Mauritian market to boost growth. Their vision is to handcraft some of the
most excellent ales on the Mauritian market using only the finest, freshest malted barley,
hops, and local ingredients. Before implementing the new beer, the Board of directors has
requested for a Value analysis of the new product for decision-making purposes.
