Desire: What does the character want/desire /yearn for?
Conflict: What getting the way of the character getting what they want?
Context: How does the way this character speak reveal who they are and the circumstances they are.
Write a monologue from the perspective of one of the characters in Agamemnon. This exercise will give students the opportunity to understand each character’s unique viewpoint and its role in creating dramatic action.
