CAPSTONE PROJECT- GLOBAL MARKET ENTRY STRATEGY You will be able to get additional hands-on international business experience through a semester-long final research project of designing and developing an international market entry strategy for a local business to enter a particular foreign country or region. You will be able to choose the specific local firm as well as the targeted foreign country or region. You will also determine the most appropriate mode of entry (i.e., import/export, joint venture, strategic partnerships, or wholly-owned subsidiaries. etc). The Global Market Entry Strategy project is divided into a series of three (3) written research assignments which are (1) firm background, (2) country and region analysis, and (3)strategies related to modes of entry and international marketing.
