2. There are already templates available in the hw3/submission/code folder, feel free to use them. Also, the data set is in the data folder.
3. This assignment is mainly coding, but some questions require text descriptions, please do not copy answers from google.
4. Some questions need to output the result as a plot created from python, please include the plot in the final report.
5. Mark the question number of each answer in the report.
