This is my collage essay about my time working community service hours for a cam

This is my collage essay about my time working community service hours for a camp with many campers with families who are financially struggling. I want the subject matter to center around the importance of finding fulfillment and getting enjoyment out of work without a financial intensive. it should be around 600 words so try your best to stay under that.
Some important info to mention:
* i accumulated about 250 hours of community service from it
* I had to drive about 50 minutes there and back every day as it was all the way in Boxford MA (in the US).
* I worked with many people I was unfamiliar with and began to build bonds with the kids I was camping with.
* It was a day camp so no sleeping over
* Explain how at first I was unhappy with being paid however, as I begun to build bonds with the campers and other works with me I actually felt fulfilled and proud when it ended.
* I was a often dealing with troubled kids who had difficult home lives and I would often try my best to take there minds off of that and try to have fun just being a kid
* I was unaware that I was not going to be paid at first as I was originally intended to however, due to me being a minor I could not be legally paid so i was offered community service hours instead
* mention how my family (only child so just mom and dad) pressured me to still work there and at the end how I was grateful to them for pushing me to as I learned many valuable lessons while not being paid.
* A good specific example you could use is one kid (call him Caleb) was extremely temperamental and would often put his hands on other kids when he was frustrated. One time after getting out in gaga ball he shoved another kid to the ground and stormed off. I gave him a few minutes to cool off and helped calming him down by explaining why that was wrong and to use our words instead. It was only a game and to try your best to calm down. (He was 6 years old and it would be good to mention how I learned important skills such as communication)
* the essay should be trying to push me as someone who learned a lot from the experience and paints me in a good light that collages will like.
